SINO-FOREIGN JOINT VENTURE ZHEJIANG SHIYOU TIMBER CO.,LTD (enterprise name), a forest product production company engaging in wood floor (forest product type), recognizes that it is its social responsibility to protect the environment. Our long-term goal is to source all forest products that we purchase or specify from well-managed forests that have been certified or meet credible certification standards.
中外合資﹒浙江世友木業(yè)有限公司，作為一個(gè)生產(chǎn)木地板的林產(chǎn)品企業(yè)，認(rèn)為保護(hù)環(huán)境是其應(yīng)承擔(dān)的社會(huì)責(zé)任。我們的長(zhǎng)期目標(biāo)是確保我們所有采購(gòu)的林產(chǎn)品均來(lái)自經(jīng)過(guò)認(rèn)證或符合可信認(rèn)證標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的管理良好的森林。

l SINO-FOREIGN JOINT VENTURE ZHEJIANG SHIYOU TIMBER CO.,LTD will avoid sourcing the timber from: 中外合資﹒浙江世友木業(yè)有限公司將避免采購(gòu)來(lái)源下列情況的林產(chǎn)品：
ü Illegally harvested wood;非法采伐的木材；
ü Wood harvested in violation of traditional and civil rights;違反土著和社區(qū)居民權(quán)利采伐的木材；
ü Wood harvested in forests where high conservation values are threatened by management activities;在受威脅的高保護(hù)價(jià)值森林采伐的木材；
ü Wood harvested in forests being converted to plantations or non-forest use;從即將轉(zhuǎn)為人工林或非林業(yè)用森林采伐的木材；
ü Wood from forests in which genetically modified trees are plants. 使用轉(zhuǎn)基因樹種的森林。
l In order to deliver the timber policy commitments and achieve a well wood management, SINO-FOREIGN JOINT VENTURE ZHEJIANG SHIYOU TIMBER CO.,LTD will: 為實(shí)現(xiàn)林產(chǎn)品采購(gòu)政策并達(dá)到對(duì)林產(chǎn)品的良好管理，中外合資﹒浙江世友木業(yè)有限公司將：
ü Keep a record of the products for each supplier, e.g. country of origin, tree species, volume etc., evaluate the suppliers’ qualification and pick up the most eligible;保存每個(gè)供應(yīng)商供應(yīng)的原料記錄，例如：產(chǎn)地，樹種，數(shù)量等，以及評(píng)估供應(yīng)商并選擇符合條件的；
ü Make more effective communications with suppliers and ask for relevant documents or records of legality when purchasing, to ensure that they can be tracked back to the forest origins;與供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行有效溝通，并要求提供有關(guān)合法性證明文件和相關(guān)記錄，以保證采購(gòu)的林產(chǎn)品可追溯到產(chǎn)地；
ü Set up a custody system to ensure tracking of wood through processing;建立木材加工追蹤的監(jiān)管體系;
ü Encourage and work with suppliers to achieve credible certification in a process of time-bound, transparent, stepwise commitment;鼓勵(lì)供應(yīng)商在一定時(shí)期內(nèi)，實(shí)現(xiàn)可信認(rèn)證；
ü Continuously increasing the proportion of forest products that originate from known, known licensed, in progress and credibly certified source forests.不斷提高來(lái)自已知源、合法源、認(rèn)證中源和已認(rèn)證源的林產(chǎn)品比例。
SINO-FOREIGN JOINT VENTURE ZHEJIANG SHIYOU TIMBER CO.,LTD will obey all the laws and regulations in China and all the international treaties and agreements in the fields of forests and its products. We will only engage in the activities of legal logging and purchasing. We will work with our suppliers to ensure that all the forest products source from the areas where forest logging operations are responsible and certified. We promise that our percentage of responsible purchasing will increase step by step to one hundred within a limited period of time.
中外合資﹒浙江世友木業(yè)有限公司將遵守中國(guó)所有的有關(guān)法律和法規(guī)以及林產(chǎn)品領(lǐng)域的國(guó)際條約和協(xié)定。我們只從事合法采伐和采購(gòu)活動(dòng)，同時(shí)和我們的供應(yīng)商合作保證所有林產(chǎn)品來(lái)自負(fù)責(zé)任和認(rèn)證的森林經(jīng)營(yíng)管理地區(qū)。我們承諾我們負(fù)責(zé)任的采購(gòu)在一定時(shí)間內(nèi)將逐步達(dá)到100%。
